- Wash and rinse your face with warm, clean water
- Soak a cotton ball or round with Blemish Ban Toner and apply to face by gently wiping over affected skin. Avoid eyes & lips.
- Allow a few minutes to dry.
- Then apply a thin layer of Blemish Ban gel to problem areas (the general areas that have blemishes, breakouts and/or pimples/blackheads) and allow to dry.
- You can then apply your other skincare products like a moisturiser, make-up or sunscreen. Ensure other products used are non-clogging. Our Manuka Skin Saver or Skin Rescue Lotion are ideal for use here.
- Follow these steps morning and night.

Feels great on my sensitive skin
Blemish Ban Toner:
I deal with quite sensitive skin on my face coupled with redness and blemishes. I’ve battled for ages to find something that both soothes my skin and is effective in helping minimise the redness and blemishes. This is it!
While it took a couple of applictions for my skin to get used to it, it feels good on my skin, dries quickly without drying out my skin and has undoubtedly reduced my blemishes. Highly recommend this new product.

These work great!
I love the new Bio First toner and gel. Iv been using the toner morning and evening and have really noticed a difference in my skin - I have had less break outs and my skin feels smoother and looks calmer. It feels lovely and soothing to apply. And iv been using the gel on targeted small areas where I get the odd pimple appear. It improves the appearance and reducesses redness within a few hours and its definitely cleared up my pimples much faster than normal! Love both products, they smell amazing and they have become a part of my regular skincare routine.

Overall really enjoyed the toner and I am not normally someone who uses a toner. Felt that this helped minimise redness and size of breakouts on the face particularly any small ones I had around the chin area. And the Gel just felt Amazing! felt that when I had any breakouts in the early stages they were prevented and the next day they would go down. The feeling of the product was very lightweight and absorbed quickly.

Skin feels better
I have noticed less overall redness, not noticeable in photos but after a day working on screens my skin would be bright red, not anymore, especially during a Teams meeting I would see my skin flame red and be hot and bothered. But not since using the products for a few days. Smells started off strong, but I really like it now.
I am so grateful I was chosen for the trial and thankful for my skin to no longer e red after working at my computer all day! I still get some under chin blemishes, cycle / peri-menopaise type thing but they don’t feel like they get anywhere near as bad as they did before. Works very quickly
I have been using the BBT & BBG for around 4 weeks now most days, I am prone to hormonal breakouts specifically on my cheeks & my skin also is super sensitive so it scars really easily.
